Teflon®PTFE

Politrafluoroethylene (Teflon) is a well-known material with unique properties: Non-adhesion resistant to all chemical reagents, operating temperature range from -270 ° C to + 270 ° C and 300 ° C for short periods. The pure teflon has several main disadvantages: low hardness (max. Shore60), cold flow, high coefficient of linear thermal expansion. Modified teflon variants are: PTFE + Bronze, PTFE + glass, PTFE + glass, PTFE + brass, PTFE + graphite, PTFE + graphite (electrically conductive).
